The Pros:Sturdy construction, can handle heavy use without a problem. Fit comfortably and snugly on the head. Not overly bulky, don't feel too cumbersome.
The Cons:Strap at the top gets a bit uncomfortable after a few hours, not well padded. Cable isn't user replaceable, and can be worn out in a couple of years of heavy use.
The Pioneer SE-DJ5000 model is a mid-grade headphone set designed to provide consumers with a more economically pliable pair of DJ style headphones. The DJ5000 ear ports are 50mm in diameter, which is considered large when compared to similar headphone sets, that provide high-volume sound monitoring and high sensitivity with a combined 3000mW high power input capacity.

The Pioneer SE-DJ5000 headphone set also includes additional features such as a unique push-in shoulder pad conveniently designed to allow single ear monitoring (the headphones may be rested comfortably on the shoulder while listening with one ear in order to keep both hands free), a unique housing rotation/reverse rotation mechanism and foldable design for convenient storage, a 0.4mm coiled cord and cord-fixing-belt-clip, and a stereo/monaural switch.
