The Ray Samuel Predator is a portable headphone amplifier from the company's line of headphone-specific products. It features separated power and signal lanes and blocks of ground sections to minimize any floor noise.

The Predator emits no noise from the DAC when connected to a computer no matter which set of headphones are connected and is equipped with a USB/Source switch (which selects between a mini-stereo and USB input source). The headphone amplifier hosts a three position gain switch [low (1 gain), medium (4 gain) and high (11 gain)] and can play with no signal loss while charging the lithium ion battery. The Predator has a lifetime warranty for parts and labour as well as a three-year warranty for the included battery.
