The Sennheiser CX 400-II G4ME ear-canal phones feature high-end dynamic speaker systems with Neodymium magnets for sound reproduction that is optimized for gaming.  The earphones come with an extended ear adapter which allows for a personalized fit and results in high passive attenuation of ambient noise.

The CX 400-II G4ME earphones also have an integrated volume control and are optimized for use with portable gaming systems and media devices.  They come complete with a carrying pouch, cable winder, and cable clip.  This model differs from Sennheiser's CXL 400 Gaming earphones since they are worn like traditional ear-canal phones and have a long cable while the CXL 400 Gaming earphones are worn as a lanyard with a short detachable cable.  The two models also differ with respect to the speaker systems that they utilize and the accessories they come with.
