Sennheiser CX 500 Gaming
$140.00
Released February, 2008
The Pros:Sound quality is very well-balanced, not too bass-y or shrill. Hold a good seal in the ear and are unlikely to fall out yet they are quite comfortable. 2 year warranty makes the price a bit easier to take.
The Cons:There are a lot of counterfeit versions floating around of, obviously, much lesser quality (be sure to buy only from authorized dealers). Included carrying case isn't great--it's just a pouch.
The Sennheiser CX 500 Gaming ear-canal phones are at the top of Sennheiser's Gaming Line. The earphones feature high-performance dynamic drivers which produce powerful bass-driven stereo sound.
