Sony MDRXB20EX
$69.00
Released January, 2009
The Pros:Very noticeable bass for earbuds. Low frequencies are better than competing sets at this price. Fit snugly, do not tend to fall out.
The Cons:Treble and mid-range frequencies suffer somewhat. Cord is too short.
The Sony MDRXB20EX is a lightweight XB series headphone with a 9mm Neodymium dome driver. The first of five models in the Sony XB series, the MDRXB20EX maintains an angled ear-bud structure that provides a stable and comfortable fit, and a ‘direct vibe structure’ which features a tightly sealed acoustic design and a high level of sound isolation, thereby giving users a full bass sound without sacrificing any mids and highs.
