Sony MDRXB300

The Sony MDRXB300 is a lightweight XB series headphone with ultra-thick pressure-relieving 30mm (thickness) cushions for unbeatable comfort. The third of five models in the Sony XB series, the MDRXB300 changes pace from its predecessors (the MDRXB20EX and MDRXB40EX) in that it switches from an ear-bud design to an around-ear frame instead.

Outfitted with a newly developed long stroke diaphragm and a tightly sealed acoustic design, the MDRXB300 is cited for accurately reproducing ultra-low frequency sounds and deep, rich bass tones suitable for dance and hip hop music. In addition, the MDRXB300 offers a whopping 1000mW power handling capacity, a 2 – 22,000Hz frequency response, a 24 ohms impedance, and a 100dB/mW sensitivity.
